The hotel is conveniently located near a chocolate factory and an amusement park. The staff is friendly and welcoming. The rooms are fantastic, with comfortable beds, a coffee maker, and a balcony.

The hotel is fairly clean and big with outstandingly accommodating staff and a nice pool. The room is reasonably priced. The location is marvellous and just off the falls at 4 in the morning one night, main areas to view and clifton hill and the waterpark. The attached restaurant for breakfast is what you need.

I recently stayed at The Falls Hotel & Inn for a weekend getaway. The room was clean, spacious, and had a mini fridge. The check-in and out process was quick and hassle-free. The location is superb, within walking distance to the beautiful Niagara Falls and Fallsview water park. Despite being centrally located, the hotel was surprisingly quiet and safe. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, especially Ian, who made our stay enjoyable with his excellent customer service and sense of humor. The hotel also offers affordable parking and even surprised us with towel swans in celebration of our anniversary.
I do recommend this hotel.
